Conditions of sale and cancellation
Deposit of 35% of the price of the stay at the reservation (with a minimum of one night) to send by check or bank transfer (IBAN on request) under 8 days (D + 8 from the reciprocal verbal confirmation of the owner and the customer).
The reservation becomes effective upon receipt of the deposit.
The sending of this deposit implies acceptance of the terms of sale and cancellation below.
Cancellation by the customer: Any cancellation must be notified by phone or email.
1-If cancellation occurs less than 48 hours before the start of the stay, the deposit remains with the owner.
2-If the cancellation occurs more than 48 hours before the beginning of the stay, the deposit is returned to the tenant if the stay is re-rented. The refund of this deposit will be made during the first week of September in case of re-lease.
3- If the client does not appear before 19:00 on the day of arrival, the owner can dispose of his rooms and the deposit remains with him.
4- In case of shortened stay, the price corresponding to the initial stay remains acquired and / or due to the owner except if the stay is re-rented. The refund (less the bank transfer fee of about 3 euros) of this deposit will be made during the first week of September in case of re-lease.
Cancellation by the owner: When before the beginning of the stay, the owner cancels this stay (serious problem, death ...), he must inform the customer by electronic mail or telephone. The customer will be refunded immediately the amounts paid.
Arrival: the client must arrive on the specified day at the times mentioned. In case of late or delayed arrival, he must contact the owner to find out if this change can be made.
Tourist tax: is a local tax that the customer must pay to the owner who then transfers it to the Treasury.
Animals: are not accepted.
The room will be available from 16.00 of the day of arrival (possible arrangement for people arriving on foot who signal it before) and it will remain available until 10.00 of the day of departure.
The payment of the deposit can be done by check to send by mail with your name, address, telephone number, email address and re-specify the date of arrival and departure, or by bank transfer (IBAN on request ) by specifying in appendix your names, address, telephone number, email address and re-specifying the date of arrival and departure. No credit card.
Our house is over 200 years old, it is an old farmhouse. The houses of the hamlet are all built on the slope. Two of our rooms are facing south, one east and two west. We try to allocate our rooms according to the length of stay, the priority of the reservation but also the place we have left. We can not guarantee in advance the allocation of one room over another.
